Adding an emailaccount on a MacOS device

Step 1: Open the ‘Launchpad’ and click the searchbar at the top

Step 2: Enter ‘mail’ in the searchbar and open the mail application

Step 3: Click on ‘mail’ in the menubar

Step 4: Choose ‘Add Account…’

Step 5: Choose ‘Other Mail Account…’

Step 6: Click on ‘Continue’

Step 7: Enter the following information to finish adding your account

– Enter your name in the  ‘Name’ field;
– Enter your emailaddress  in the ‘Email Address’ field;
– Enter your password in the ‘Password’ field;

Click on  ‘Sign In’.

Step 8: Enter the following information:

– Enter your username in the ‘Username’ field
– Select ‘IMAP’ in the ‘Account Type’ field
– Incoming Mail Server= ???’
– Outgoing Mail Server = ???’

Click on  ‘Sign In’.

??? is the unique servernumber you received in the mail

Step 9: Select ‘Mail’

Step 10: Click on  ‘Done’
